Arthritis
Arthritis can be a very confusing term, in part because there are so many different words to describe it. The most common form is osteoarthritis. At its most simple definition, osteoarthritis is a negative change to a bone that causes inflammation in a joint. What a lot of people do not understand is that osteoarthritis happens for a reason. Most of the time it is from repetitive stressors over a long period of time. This means we need to treat the acute conditions the arthritis has created, as well as treating the reason the arthritis is occurring in the first place.
